The box is used for storing photographs and their negatives and it provides the possibility of looking at the photographs as in an album. This box consists of a bottom (1), a lid (2) and a back (3). The bottom (1) and the lid (2) are articulated with the back (3) about parallel axes. The back (3) comprises elastically deformable means constituting a clamp (15, 16) which ensure the holding of a set of photographs (19) by their edges. <IMAGE>
