POROUS CASTINGS COATING

The coating covers porous zinc and aluminium alloy castings, which are used in the production of dies for casting plastics and rubber. It ensures the air-tightness of the castings and its resistivity to warm water, plastics and rubber. The coating contains in wt. percent: aluminium powder 4.7-6.0, zinc oxide 3.8-5.0 and hydrolysed ethyl silicate 89.0-91.5.
