An air bag mounting structure for an air bag system, which is constructed by applying a peripheral edge of a gas introduction port of an air bag to an air bag to an air bag holding member, by laying a holding ring over the peripheral edge, and by clamping the peripheral edge of the gas introduction port of the air bag between the holding ring and a retainer. One of the retainer and the ring is formed with a convex portion whereas the other is formed with a concave portion. |
