This structure includes at least one fixing foot (1) equipped with a base (2) including, in proximity to each of its extremities, fastening means suitable for interacting with complementary means of the floor, at least two support arms (6, 8), of which the front one (6) exhibits an articulated extremity in proximity to the front extremity of the base (2) and the other, rear one (8), exhibits an articulated extremity in proximity to the rear extremity of the base (2), the other extremities of the front and rear arms being articulated respectively in proximity to the front and rear extremities of a structure (12) for linking the support arms and for accommodating elements forming part of the seat and means (13) for control of the deformation of this foot in the event of impact, by controlling the angular displacement of at least one of the arms with respect to the base.
