With very small babies, between birth and 1 year of age it is often necessary to sooth and pacify them due to sleep difficulties, colic, etc. To this end, one or more of the wheels of the baby carriage are provided with a displaceable nave/axle controllable by manual lever to off-centre the rotation point in the wheel(s) in one or more stages dependent upon the degree of required soothing effect. |
