PURPOSE:To shorten display time until obtaining desired view. CONSTITUTION:Concerning the three-dimensional viewpoint confirming method for a CAD system, a monitor picture 12 is provided at one part of a CAD picture 11 and on the monitor picture, a monitor 14 displays only the external appearance. In the case of changing the viewpoint of an object 13 on the CAD picture, the monitor executes rotation and redisplay and when any desired viewpoint is obtained by the monitor, the object is displayed at the desired viewpoint on the CAD picture. |
