PURPOSE:To realize highly accurate demand monitoring by employing electric energy and power as data for calculating current power. CONSTITUTION:Switching is made automatically between electric energy data for high power consumption and power data for low power consumption in order to employ a selected data in the calculation of current power. A predetermined time band is subtracted from a demand period to obtain a remaining time (14), electric energy available during the remaining time is calculated (15) based on the remaining time and a contracted electric energy, electric energy to be regulated during the remaining time is then calculated(16), thus predicting (17) an electric energy demand at the end of demand period. Analog value of power data is inputted (12) for every power sampling period, both current power value and the analog value are inputted, and any one of the current power value or the analog value is passed to a current power calculating section 12 according to the absolute number of unit electric energy pulses. According to the constitution, a highly accurate demand monitoring is realized. |
