PURPOSE: To shield the tapered end of an obtrutor immediately after it drills a tissue by providing control means for exposing the obtrutor tip part from a shielding body by motion regarding the shielding body when the shielding body and the obtrutor are placed in a cannula. CONSTITUTION: An obtrutor 24 is attached in the cannula 10 of a trocar 1 so as to be slid ably and removably and its end is formed to be a sharp tapered end 28. The obtrutor tapered end 28 is a hollow and a spring load type shielding body 30 is housed therein. This has a dull end part 32, and the dull end part 32 is forcibly placed before the tip part 28 of the obtrutor 24. By applying a pressure to the trocar 1 to bring the obtrutor tip part 28 into contact with a tissue T, the obtrutor tip part 28 sticks the tissue T. Then, the obtrutor tip part 28 penetrates the tissue T and the shielding body 30 of the dull end shields the tissue from the obtrutor 24 by the spring loaded end part 32. Thus, the load type shielding body 30 shields an internal organ tube when the trocar is placed in a body cavity. |
