The fixture device (4) is for each of the pencils (6), having a holder (8) for each of them. It has tractive means (5) the length of which corresponds to a guide for the pencils (6) as far as the edge of the base. For accommodation of several pencils a central pencil holder arrangement (10) is provided, and a device is available which blocks the removal of more than a predetermined number of pencils, and particularly only one. For at least a part of the pencils (6) a pencil holder device (1) is provided, in particular an insert hole, an insert cavity, or similar. The base comprises at least two sheets, at least one of which has pores, air holes or similar, and is made of a hard foam, e.g. polyurethane.
