PURPOSE:To obtain the title new plasmid by inserting and linking a cCNA fragment prepared so as to contain at least a protease gene range among retrovirus genes to a DNA such as large amount manifestation gene, etc. CONSTITUTION:cCNA fragment of retrovirus gene prepared so as to contain a protease gene retrovirus is inserted and linked to DNA of large amount manifestation gene or gene direct manifestation vector in accordance to a decoding frame to give a plasmid having both manifesting ability of regtrovirus gene and processing ability after translation. Core protein P17, P24 and P15 are manifested from a gag gene range of the above-mentioned cDNA fragment, protease, reverse transcriptase and integrase are manifested from a pol gene range and Nef protein is manifested from a nef gene range.
