The accelerator with multiple piezoelectric resonators comprises: - a monobloc structure composed of several piezoelectric resonators (120, 220), each having a main outer face (122, 222) and a plane main inner face (121, 221), the latter defining an internal cavity (150), - a liquid, conductive and unguided vibration (seismic) mass (151), in contact with the plane inner main faces (121, 221) of each of the resonators (120, 220) and acting as a common excitation electrode for these resonators, whilst allowing the application of a force directly onto its vibrating surface (120, 220), - outer electrodes (141, 241) equal in number to the resonators and in contact with the outer main faces (122, 222) of the resonators, for collecting the electrical signals resulting from the forces applied, under the effect of the acceleration, by the conductive liquid vibration mass (151) on each of the inner plane faces (121, 221) of the resonators (120, 220). The accelerometer may comprise two or three resonators which have identical electrical, piezoelectric and thermal properties. <IMAGE> |
