The card reader inserts, reads, and removes a card by controlling the signals from the start sensor (3), card insertion sensor (7) and end sensor (13). It is also equipped with a lower sash with a guide (17) on both sides of it, an upper and a lower plate (2A,2B) attached to the one side of the guide of the sash, a head positioned on the bottom plate (2B) of the guide and finally cartridges formed on the respective centers of the two plates for safely receiving the incoming card.
