<p>PURPOSE:To simplify regenerating process and reduce the cost by a method wherein polypropylene composite material having thermosetting resin film is ground, kneaded with fusion so as to decompose the film with heat, a predetermined quantity of denatured polyolefin resin is added to it and kneaded with fusion so as to pelletize. CONSTITUTION:For example, a waste of polypropylene composite material having polyurethane resin film is broken into small pieces by a crusher. The small pieces are thrown in a kneading extruder, kneaded with fusion at an extruding temperature 200 deg.C or more, and the film is made to be fine pieces by thermal decomposition so as to be dispersed uniformly. At this kneading with fusion, unsaturated carboxylic acid or polyolefin resin denatured with derivative of the carboxylic acid is mixed in the matter kneaded with fusion at 1-20 pts.wt. with respect to 100 pts.wt. of the kneaded matter, which is kneaded with fusion and pelletized. The obtained pellet can be utilized again as a raw material of the polypropylene composite material having polyurethane resin film.</p> |
