Compsn. contg. amine derivs. (I) which can be contacted with and/or contain chlorine derivs. (II) without reaction agglomeration, discolouration or sedimentation, contains sodium carbonate peroxyhydrate (SCPH) and/or sodium perborate (SPB). (II) is pref. chlorinedioxide, opt. in stabilised form. USE/ADVANTAGE - The compsns. are esp. disinfectants (claimed). (I) are disinfectants (e.g. bacteriostats and microbiocides) and are also used for surface treatments and in the metal industry. Cl02 is used for disinfecting swimming pools and drinking water. The stabilisers SCPH and SPB are readily obtd. from H202 on an industrial scale.
