PURPOSE:To increase the shape holding power of an entire compact and to prevent the deformation of compact and adsorption of moisture by transiently heating a green body to melt the low-mol.wt. component in a binder and then cooling the green body to unevenly distribute the high-mol.wt. component in the form of net. CONSTITUTION:A mixture of a powder and a binder B is formed into a green body. The green body is transiently heated to melt the low-mol.wt. component bL in the binder B and then cooled to the low-mol.wt. component. Consequently, the high-mol.wt. component is pushed out by the force in crystallization and unevenly distributed in the form of net, the entire compact is increased in the shape holding power, the compact is not deformed, and moisture is not adsorbed by the compact. |
