PURPOSE:To provide a column plate, having a good packing condition, at high speed by exciting paste with a thickness adjusting plate ultrasonically-vibrated, in adjusting paste quantity with the paste pushed from the upper part in grid bodies carried on a belt conveyer, and with the grid bodies passed between a belt and the thickness adjusting plate arranged above the belt. CONSTITUTION:A fixed board 9 is arranged on the lower surface of a movable belt conveyer 1 so as to be opposite to a hopper 3 provided above the lower surface, and the grid bodies 2, in which paste is to be packed, are passed between the hopper 3 and the fixed board 9, pushing the paste 4, in the hopper 3, in the grid bodies 2. Here, a pair of groove-attached rolls 6 and a stirring vane 10 are provided in the hopper 3, and the thickness of the paste 4 is adjusted with a squeezer, that is a thickness adjusting plate 5, positioned on the side surface of the hopper 3 while the paste 4 is stirred with the rolls 6 and the vane 10. In this constitution, the adjusting plate 5 is tiltedly positioned to the hopper 3, and the paste 4 is vibrated with a supersound oscillator 8 and a thickness adjusting screw 7 fitted to the adjusting plate 5. |
