The collector comprises a dust collector case with front and back plate, rod-like protrusions arranged in two rows in the upper and lower case regions, a discharge electrode plate wound over the upper out protrusions and the low inner protrusions and connected to a voltage source positive electrode to ionise the dust into a positive polarity, a dust collecting electrode plate wound over the lower out protrusions and the upper inner protrusions and connected to a voltage source positive electrode for collecting the ionised dust, and an active filter positioned in contact with the plate rear edges to remove odour. The collector is simple to manufacture and lower in manufacturing cost.
