PURPOSE:To obtain the rigid urethane foam from which the surface material can be readily separated after years, by injecting a specified stock solution for urethane foam into a space surrounded by a surface material and allowing it to foam. CONSTITUTION:A method for producing the urethane foam by injecting a stock solution for urethane foam into a space surrounded by a surface material and allowing it to foam, wherein the stock solution is injected at a specified temperature and allowed to foam. The stock solution consists of: a mixed foaming agent consisting of hydromonochlorodifluoromethane, a specified amount of water, and a mixed polyether polyol having at least two active hydrogen atoms and obtained by reacting a mixture of at least one polyisocyanate compound having at least two NCO groups (e.g. polymeric MDI), cane sugar, ethylenediamine, triethanolamine and dipropylene glycol in a specified ratio with ethylene oxide and propylene oxide at a specified ratio; a catalyst; and a foam stabilizer. The figures show the density distributions of foams and the states of adhesion in foams when the surface material is stripped off, among which figures (b) and (d) refer to the present invention. |
