The installation includes a mast (3), an antenna supported by a holder and an adjustment mechanism coupled between the mast and the antenna for altering the antenna adjustment in a direction towards a specific satellite by rotation of a device (21, 22) which supports the antenna around a polar mount axis (PM) parallel with the earth axis. - A yoke (21), pivotable in a plane through the polar mount axis, is connected to a column-type component (22) with at least essentially the same profile and transverse dimension as the mast (3). When the antenna is fixed directly on the mast, its fixture component (6) can be fitted on the column (22). The adjustment mechanism rotary axis (PM) is driven via a cog segment (15) in engagement with a positioning unit with a worm screw (14), driven by an electric motor (13). |
