The holder (1) is provided with narrow contact surfaces which permit ventilation of the steel rails (3) so that they dry quickly and do not rust. The holder has suitable holes in which an elastic strap with a Velcro (RTM) type union is sewn. - The strap is used so that the packet does not slide apart and to fix the packet on a rod or similar whilst the user is walking. |
