The equipment is used on a motor vehicle where each wheel has an individual suspension unit such as a spring and shock absorber assembly. A lever (L) is positioned between the upper or lower extremity of the unit and the vehicle chassis. This lever augments the vertical clearance of the unit and controls the vehicle during turning. The lever is connected to other levers and suspension units to make the vehicle incline towards the inside of the turning curve as a manoeuvre is made. At the same time the wheels are made to incline towards the inside of the turning curve. ADVANTAGE - Gives improved road holding and increased passenger comfort during turning.
