The universal chuck mounted on the machine toos such as a milling cutter or on endmill, enables to change the tool position at various angles for performing various kinds of machining efficiently. The universal chuck comprises a stationary casing body (1) having a disk (4) connected with a rotary shaft; a movable casing body (8) connected with the body (1); bolt and nut (6)(6') for clamping the body (1) with the disk (4); bevel gears (15,15',16,16') for transmitting power to the connecting shaft (14) and a tool driving shaft (17); a guide block (11') slided at the guide groove (10); a clamping bolt (11) and nut (11') at the guide block for adjusting the slanted angle; a tube (18) for inserting the tool (20).
