The data transmission method reducing the transmission time has the step for storing the coded data into the memory after scanning the manuscripts; step for receiving the communication protocol; step for determining whether it is for memory to memory communication or not; step for requesting the available memory on the receiving part; step for sending the confirming signal of the memory to memory communication; step for sending the conforming signal for normal communication; step for sending the available memory information to the sending part; step for receiving the sending protocol from the sending part; step for finding the memory to memory communication protocol; and step for confirming the memory to memory communication mode for data communication.
