<p>The head has a connector (6) i.e. socket, fastened to a cutting unit (4). An opening is turned away from the unit and includes an inner wall provided with an inner thread for screwing on a wood splitter (10) to drive the unit. The wall is conical in section carrying the thread. The opening is continuously passed in a cutting direction by the connector. The thread releases an apex region of an outer thread cone that is screwed-in into the thread. The cutting unit has radially aligned cutting arms (36, 38, 40) with a conductive plate for cutting chips.</p> |
