Provided is a method for preparing salted freshwater shrimp(Toha) showing the functional components from green tea. A method for preparing salted freshwater shrimp(Toha) comprises the following steps of: mixing green tea leaves and salt and fermenting and aging them to prepare a fermented green tea liquid; drying the fermented green tea liquid to obtain crystalline green tea salt; and preserving the Toha in the fermented green tea liquid or a solution with the green tea salt therein.
