<p>An EL display panel module, el display panel, integrated circuit device, electronic apparatus and driving controlling method are provided to obtain high definition. The EL display panel module(11) comprises the pixel array(23) and the driver circuit(23). The pixel unit has the panel and pixels. The panel serves as the substrate. Pixels are arranged on the panel as matrix. Each of the pixels has the pixel circuit and light emission region. The driver circuit makes the correction operation of the critical value for the pixel circuits connected to signal wires. The driver circuit applies reset potentials in pixel circuits before recording the first signal potential. The pixel array and driver circuit are arranged on the same board. The EL display panel comprises the EL display panel module. The integrated circuit device comprises the EL display panel to obtain high definition. The electronic device comprises the integrated circuit device, and the system controller and operation input part. The system controller controls the driver circuit.
