ULTRA RAPID HARDNING MORTAR COMPOSITION USING MAGNESIA-PHOSPHATE CEMENT AND PREPARING METHOD THEREOF

A quick-hardening mortar composition and a preparing method thereof are provided to reduce a hardening time in a construction field while showing excellent compressive strength as well as good bond strength with base concrete. A quick-hardening mortar composition is composed of magnesia cement, a mono-ammonium phosphate, a retarder, a pozzolanic-activity powdered body and water. More particularly, the quick-hardening mortar composition consists of 100 parts of magnesia cement, 60-90 parts of the mono-ammonium phosphate, 2-4 parts of retarder and 4-18 parts of the pozzolanic-activity powdered body. The retarder represents anhydrous citric acid. The pozzolanic-activity powdered body represents fly ash.
