PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a human body sensor for appropriately setting off delay time for controlling the operation of equipment to be controlled to the behavior of a person whose image is captured. SOLUTION: The output image of an image type human body sensor 1 is divided into a plurality of regions by a region division means 30a, a region having an attribute for detecting the behavior of the person in the divided regions is set as a specific region by a region setting means 30b, and off delay time for delaying the control operation of the equipment to be controlled is set by a time setting means 30d according to the set, specific region.
