PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication device for transmitting a signal by allowing a plurality of elements to relay a signal without forming individual wiring. SOLUTION: The communication device 300 comprises first and second signal layers 20, 30, a communication element electromagnetically connected to the layers, and a dielectric layer arranged between the layers. The communication element is connected to the first signal layer 20 via a capacitor 80.
