A liquid crystal display device and a fabricating method thereof are provided to introduce a management system of an optical axis of liquid crystal and an optical axis of a polarizing plate, thereby improving a contrast ratio. A liquid crystal panel comprises the first substrate(100), the second substrate(200) and a liquid crystal layer(300). The first optical axis angle(310) of a liquid crystal contacted with an inner side of the first substrate and the second optical axis angle(320) of a liquid crystal contacted with an inner side of the second substrate are respectively measured. The first polarizing member(400) and the second polarizing member(500) are respectively attached to both sides along with the first and second optical axis angles. The first substrate and the second substrate face each other. The liquid crystal layer is interposed between the first substrate and the second substrate.
