METHOD MANUFACTURING GREASE FOR COATING MULTIFUNCTION SWITCH

A method for manufacturing grease for coating multifunction switch is provided to secure lubrication property at an ultralow temperature, oil film formation at a high temperature and excellent adhesion, and to improve sensibility performance of a user. A method for manufacturing grease for coating multifunction switch is produced by blending 60-70 weight % base oil, 5-15 weight % thickener, and 10-35 weight % adhesion improver. The adhesion improver is a polymer mixed with polybutene and ethylene-propylene copolymer. The base oil has 100-1000 mm^2/s dynamic viscosity at 40 °C. The thickener is a lithium-based thickener obtained by reacting a lithium hydroxide compound and a fatty acid compound.
