A ranking determination method of a notice material and a system of a notice material by reflecting the degree of interest toward the notice material of a user are provided to produce the authority score through the user behavior information including the blog roll, letter, hyperlink, trackback of site and notice material. User action information including one among a blog-roll, a hyperlink, a reply, a trackback about a site and a notice material are collected(S602). According to the initial authority score about the user behavior information, the hub score of a main body side about the user behavior information is calculated(S606). According to the hub score, the authority score of object side is calculated(S608). The hub score and authority score collect are determined(S610). According to the authority score collected strictly with the calculation of the authority score and repetitive hub score, the ranking of the notice material is determined(S612). |
