A cooperative process management service system and a method thereof for improving technology competiveness are provided to design the entire process project corresponding to entire process of a mold process. An entire process project unit(230) designs the entire process project corresponding to the entire process of the mold process from an ordering enterprise. A unit process project unit(220) produces one or more processing unit projects corresponding to each of unit process which through the whole procedure project. The progressing of each processing unit project performed from one or more collaboration clients is sensed. A process management unit(240) controls the whole processes of the metal mold process.
