A method and a system for managing test sheet for measuring blood sugar are provided to monitor total stock amount of wasted product and automatically deliver the test sheet to a user. A method for managing a test sheet for measuring blood sugar comprises: a step of setting accumulated value of counter machine using the number of test sheet for measuring blood sugar; a step of replying to event signal generated and renewing the accumulated value; and a step of providing information related to the supplement of the test sheet in case that the newly accumulated value corresponds to n value.
