MELTIG EMISSION COATING METHOD OF AIR BEARING SPINDLE

摘要

A spraying coating process about an air bearing spindle is provided to make high speed rotation of the air spin by preventing the deformation of a principal axis. A spraying coating process about an air bearing spindle comprises followings. The powder for coating is supplied to a melt extrusion gun at 25~35 g/min, 34~38 FMR of the oxygen, 57~61 FMR of the hydrogen. The powder for coating is fused. The fused powder for coating is injected on a shaft of the air bearing spindle in the spray distance 6~7 inch in order to make a lubrication coating layer. The powder for coating is made of the tungsten carbide cermet(WC cermet) powder of 80 ~ 90 weight% and cobalt cermet powder of 10 ~ 20 weight%. The carbon powder and tungsten powder are mixed to the fixed content rate.
