A method for making exposed concrete having wood patterns is provided to offer excellent and natural wood patterns with low construction cost, and to offer excellent durability and shape stability. A method for making exposed concrete having wood patterns comprises the following steps of: preparing a rubber mold in which the wood patterns are formed; cleaning the surface of a concrete wall body(S100); applying an adhesion reinforcing agent on the surface of the concrete wall body(S120); plastering cement mortar on the concrete wall body to the thickness of 0.5 ~ 3mm(S130); plastering cement mortar on the concrete wall body to the thickness 3 ~ 6mm(S140); and producing the wood patterns on the surface by compressing the wall body with the prepared rubber mold(S160). |
