A method for preparing cultured ginseng and salted fresh water shrimp comprises the following steps of: sprinkling 15g salt over 500g fresh water shrimps and keeping them for 2 months; preparing 10g of finely chopped cultured ginseng, 30g of small green onion, 30g of squarely chopped carrot, 10g of finely chopped ginger, 15g of garlic, 10g of sesame oil, 15g of sesame and 500g of cayenne pepper; making gruel using 250g of glutinous rice; and mixing the gruel, the salted fresh water shrimps and the prepared the ingredients in a container and sealing the container.
