An organic luminescent compound is provided to ensure excellent luminous efficiency and lifetime property, to exhibit pure red, and to be used as a light emitting layer forming material of a light emitting device. An organic luminescent compound has a structure represented by chemical formula 1. The organic luminescent compound is used as a dopant material of a light-emitting layer. The organic luminescent compound comprises an organic light-emitting device, a first electrode, a second electrode, and at least one organic material layer interposed between the first electrode and the second electrode.
