A display module and a terminal comprising the same are provided to solve the exterior inferiority such as a hot spot and shadow, a problem of fixing a mold frame and a light guide plate, and the loosing problem of a panel. A backlight unit(40) projects the light to a panel at the rear of a panel. A shock absorbing frame(60) supports the panel and backlight unit through an adhesion area increasing unit for increasing the adhesion area with the panel. A mold frame(50) comprises a frame supporting unit which surrounds and supports the outer surface of the shock absorbing frame.
