A sporting apparatus using an interactive cushion is provided, which can be connected to a TV and enables to enjoy exercise while sitting in indoor place. A sporting apparatus using an interactive cushion comprises: a memory member(110) which stores direction indicator information for indicating the direction that the load of the body is applied; a display member(100) which visually indicates the direction indicator according to the direction indicator information coming out of the memory member; a plurality of pressure sensing switches(130a,130f) installed at the location which is segmented; a cushion cover(130) that surrounds the pressure sensing switch; and a central processing unit(120) showing the sensing result of pressure in the display material.
