A floor sign board is provided to increase nighttime vision of pedestrian, to advertise the local self-government and to be in harmony with surroundings. A floor sign board(100) is installed on the road so that it's top surface can be exposed and comprises a layered structure consisting of a base plate(10), reflective sheet(20), and transparent member(30). Three components are integrated by a coupling device consisting of an adhesive member. Either of both the base plate and reflective sheet in which advertisement and guidance expression are printed thereon protrude and are supported by pavement material.
