A cell-chip, and a cell-chip control system are provided to use a very small amount of stem cells, to reduce the experiment time and to measure the intensity of stimulus in real time. A cell-chip(30) for the cell differentiation experiment comprises a plurality of cell chambers(12) in which cells and culture solutions are stored; inlets(16a) for cells and culture solutions which deliver cells and culture solutions to the corresponding cell chamber; microchannels(11) which move the injected cells and culture solutions to the cell chamber; an air pressure inlet(9) which injects the air pressure applied to the cell chamber; and apertures(17) which deliver the air pressure injected through the air pressure inlet to the corresponding cell chamber and has a circular thin film. At least two apertures of the apertures have different area and the size of the air pressure applied to the corresponding cell chamber is varied.
