A method for manufacturing Capsicum annuum liquor using Capsicum annuum is provided to enhance the health because of low content of alcohol and ample nutrition with specific taste and flavor. A method for manufacturing a Capsicum annuum liquor comprises: a step (S11) of preparing ingredients containing Capsicum annuum and anion; a step (S12) of cutting the ingredients; a step (S13) of putting the ingredients in a receiving vessel having net and liquor in storage vessel and maturing; and a step (S14) of removing residue.
