<p>A mirror type yoga mat is provided, which enables to perform exact yoga pose and to acquire yoga pose efficiently. A mirror type yoga mat comprises: a mat(100); a diode display(200) which is located on a mat and is equipped with a chip in which the operation program of yoga is stored; a cover(300) which is located on the organic light-emitting diode display; and an outer frame consisting of a mat, a light-emitting diode display, and silicone supporting a cover. The light-emitting diode display is equipped with a chip in which the music according to operation of the operation program and yoga pose is stored.</p> |
