A plasma display panel and method for manufacturing the same are provided to reduce the electric current resistance by directly contacting the bus electrode of the plasma display panel to the transparent electrode. The transparent electrode(180a) is formed on the front substrate(170) in a specific direction. The transparent electrode is made of the ITO(Indium Tin Oxide). The black matrix is formed between the transparent electrode and each discharge cell. The bus electrode(180b) is formed on the top of the black matrix which is formed on the transparent electrode. The bus electrode has the width which is broad than the width of the black matrix. The bus electrode is contacts with the transparent electrode. |
