A multimedia system using an IP set top box and a voice transceiver remote controller and a multimedia offering method are provided to prevent noises from being generated due to the interference from the sound of a TV. IP TVs(10) watches the broadcast by using the Internet. IP set top boxes(20) are connected to the IP TVs to receive and convert a video signal through the Internet, and transmit audio data by using the VoIP. Web cameras(30) monitor and transmit compressed images through the Internet. RF remote controllers(40) control the IP set top boxes, and transceive voices with the IP set top boxes by using one wireless communication technology. |
