MOVING DISPLACEMENT WARNING DEVICE OF UNDERGROUND ELECTRIC POWER CABLE AND METHOD THEREOF

A device and a method for warning and sensing the moving displacement are provided to prevent an accident by notifying a worker or supervisor by detecting the moving displacement of the underground power cable or the separation of the power facility. A sensing unit senses the moving displacement of an underground power cable(20). The sensing unit is comprised of a detection dog and a sensor. The sensing dog is fixed in both sides of the underground power cable. The sensor is fixed in a cable connection unit and senses the movement of the detection dog. A receiving control unit(50) is electrically connected to the sensor and receives the sensing signal from the sensor. A warning unit(60) is electrically connected to the receiving control unit and issues the warning in a working place.
