MANUFACTURING METHOD OF NANO-STRUCTURE CONTAINING METAL OXIDE NANOTUBES

A method for manufacturing a nano structure containing metal oxide nanotubes is provided to produce a network-shaped nano structure by thermally treating hollow nano particles. A method for manufacturing a nano structure containing metal oxide nanotubes comprises: a first step of preparing hollow metal oxide nanoparticles; and a second step of sintering the hollow metal oxide nanoparticles in order to produce a network-shaped nano structure containing metal oxide nanoparticles in which hollow nanoparticles are connected to each other. The sintering step is performed under inert atmosphere or air atmosphere at the temperature of 300°C or higher for 4-8 hours.
