A cooling water filling structure of radiator for vehicle is provided to reduce flow resistance in driving engine and enhance the cooling efficiency. A cooling water filling structure of radiator for vehicle has a core tube (10), upper stream tank, downstream tank (30), filler neck (40), air discharging path (50), and air discharging member (60). The upper stream tank and downstream tank is installed at both sides of the core tube. The filler neck is placed at upper portion of the downstream tank. The air discharging path is installed at inside of upper stream tank and is connected to the air discharging path.
