A pre-stressed structure using a shape memory alloy and a construction method thereof are provided to obtain pre-stressing due to acting the compressive stress on the mold and to exclude separate equipment for anchoring the steel wire member. A pre-stressed structure using a shape memory alloy comprises a mold(10) of a structure, a support bracket(20) with an insertion guide which is connected to both ends of the mold and protrudes toward the inside thereof, an anchorage which is inserted in the insertion guide of the support bracket, and a tension member(40) which consists of shape memory alloy acting the compressive stress on the mold.
